Excellent service. Arrived on the day in the contract and even though a wrong item arrived, it was rectified the same day
My rating wouldve been 5 stars but unfortunately as soon as the process got to the logistics department it fell apart. ,i was contact the first time on friday and told delivery was the next day ,REALLY... Then i was contacted the following monday in the evening and delivery arranged for friday BEFORE 11am as i would have to take time off work and would go in later ,i was ensured she would communicate with the driver to ensure this happened,no contact was made further until I called your logistics ,lady named Marilyn,asking whether the driver was on route at 10am ,to which i was then told that I mustve misunderstood her as the driver was starting in sandton and i would only get delivery later that day ,but she would contact the driver and come back to me and inform me a hour aswell before the driver left the stop before me he was on his way and he would contact me ,so ok went to work and waited ,at around 1:30pm after no contact again since 10am i again called marylin, she again said she would come back to me , again i waited ,about 30min later i got a missed call from the driver ,then on the second call we made contact ,he told me he was 10min away ,and then said he tried numerous times during the morning and afternoon to contact me ,rubbish 😡 it. Was 2 calls and thats what i told him and he then just put the call down , only after i got home 25min later and was busy opening my front door did marylin call back asking if i was on my way yet? ,when i informed her i was already opening my door and they were already offloading she put down the call without any thankyou or apology or goodbye ... So service from your logistics and delivery crew is sorry to say appualing....Nevertheless its a very sturdy and well made recliner set ,only suggestion i would have is that at the bottom it has the two slots it clips into ,maybe make a single one ontop Aswell ,because when sitting on or moving around if you ,lean or lift to much on the one side it tends to come apart
Bought my couches in 2021, two years down the line they started tearing. I went to the store to complain they said there is nothing they can do

The sales lady at the Centurion branch was helpful and friendly. The constant updates on the progress was really wonderful.Unfortunately, the delivery people let everyone down! Money was put on a table, this would have been given as a tip for them... however they simply helped themselves to the money.
I received regular communication about my order and my dad's chair was delivered ahead of schedule! My dad is really happy with his chair and says it's very comfortable.I am ecstatic with how smooth the whole process has been!I haven't seen the chair as yet as it was delivered to my dad so I unfortunately can't add any photos.

The recliner is good quality and we are very happy with the recliner. Good staff. We only had a problem the day it was delivered they did not deliver the whole recliner only two pieces of it they delivered the other half later that day at 7:30 at night.
Worst buying experience ever when we made our purchase we specifically asked if they deliver on Saturdays.No response from their delivery team no way to contact any one.This is the most frustrating experience i have had with any service provider.I wil never buy from them again and would advise every one to keep clear of them. If they are this useless at delivery how are they going to handle warranty's or faults on the products.

Absolutely in love with our new lounge suite. We shopped every furniture store within reasonable distance from us and Recliner Online had by far the most comfy couches. A huge bonus is that we were able to customise it with colour, material and features. Excellent service as well.
