We are obsessed with quality – from manufacturing through to customer satisfaction, which is why we package and deliver our products with ‘white gloves’ care.

Products will be shipped to the delivery address:

  • Calgan up to 21 working days
  • Grafton Everest 8 to 10 weeks

The delivery lead times quoted are given in good faith, and an approximate guide only. Due to manufacturing and/or transport delays, the lead time may be extended. Reclineronline will strive to adhere to the lead times provided.

You will be updated on the status of your order over this period of time.

Delivery

Products will be shipped to the delivery address within 18 working days. You will be updated on the status of your order in this period of time.

Each recliner is individually wrapped in recyclable plastic protective coverings. This makes for easy handling into your home, avoiding damage to walls and doors and to your new recliner too. Minimal assembly is required to place the backs onto the seats and finally to clip the individual units together.

A safer way of delivering

Although the Covid-19 protocols have recently changed, we would like to assure you that we care for the safety and security of our employees and our customers and strive to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.
These protocols have been suspended and are on standby should they need to be re-introduced:
  • Employees are required to have their temperatures taken and recorded throughout the day.
  • Wearing of mask at all times is compulsory, including during delivery and while assembling your recliner suite.
  • Employees are required to wash and sanitise their hands throughout the day.
  • Employees are required to wash and sanitise their hands during the packing process, and all recliners are cleaned after they go through Quality Control.
  • Our facilities are properly cleaned throughout the day with the appropriate disinfectants.

We appeal to you to leave the windows in your homes open for at least an hour before the scheduled delivery time to make sure there is sufficient airflow in the room. We also recommend that you stand outside the room during the assembly process to minimise contact. Most importantly, we urge you to let Reclineronline know if anyone in the household has been exposed to the virus or are showing any symptoms before our team make delivery.

If you would like to opt for a contactless delivery, you may do so. You will have the option for your recliner suite to arrive half assembled, or completely unassembled, together with an instruction manual.

We also recommend that you vacuum your suede suites or wipe down your leather look or leather upper suite with a warm, damp cloth straight after delivery. You can also use a clothes steamer if you have one.

Measure up and be prepared
before delivery

Trying to get a large, heavy item through a tiny doorway is no fun at all and finding your dream recliner does not fit into the space because measurements were not checked and double-checked, leads to disappointment.

Please note that Reclineronline is not responsible for any damage incurred to your home during delivery and installation. Delivery is outsourced to an external delivery company.

  • The delivery period is “within 7 working days” if the customer only orders a Four Corners (FC) product. If the customer orders a Recliner and an FC product, then delivery will be 1 delivery in 21 working days as per the normal eta times for the Recliner brand.
  • The cost of delivery of the Four Corners on its own is R350.
  • If the customer orders with a recliner, there is no charge for the Four Corners, the cost of delivery of the Recliner applies.

Returns and refunds.

  • There are no refunds on the Four Corners products. The same applies as above, Reclineronline will replace/exchange if the item arrives damaged, and the customer must inform us, in writing, on that same day.

Can they do part deliveries? What happens if you order couch and table…delivery periods.

  • No part deliveries will be allowed. The eta is the same as the specific brand i.e. Calgan or Grafton.
