If you would like to return your product/s, you have seven working days after receiving your recliner to do so. All returns are subject to a 25% handling fee, as well as a collection fee.

Start the return process by clicking on “start” and select “Returns” in the “enquire about” section. Alternatively, you can log your return on the Contact Us section of the website. Our customer care team will respond to you within 24 hours to make suitable arrangements with you for the return of your products.

Workmanship, construction, and all raw materials used for repairs are included in the guarantee, with factory faults being repaired at no cost to you. However, this guarantee does not include:

• Fair wear and tear • Coverings of any type

If you need us to repair or re-cover your lounge suite, please be aware that the fabrics used may be of a different dye lot to those used to produce your suite originally, so the colours may not be identical.

Guarantee if item is damaged upon delivery.

The customer must notify Reclineronline on the same day, in writing and the item will be exchanged.
